Enjoyed a truly amazing meal and drinks in early evening on a Wednesday. The food was delicious and the service staff were outstanding. We had a small hiccup that we alerted our waitress to (Anna I think). She and the manager Steve went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. We truly appreciated the staff who made our night wonderful. We will be back!

Oh my gosh, what an amazing experience. Our waiter made our night that much better and I cannot wait to come back in the near future whenever we are in town. First off, we were greeted at the hostess station where we were quickly taken to our seat. Our waiter introduced himself and took amazing care of us throughout the course of dinner. We ordered the crab and lobster cake and I must say it was delicious. The amount of crab and lobster in there is fantastic. It's absolutely the best crab and lobster cake I've ever had. Our main entree consisted of two different cooked NY steaks. They were decent and the sides were terrific. We came here to celebrated my birthday and the restaurant does not disappoint. They bought out two glasses of champagne and some desserts for us to enjoy. Overall, it was such an amazing experience.

The Capital Grille isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. The moment you step through the door, you're enveloped in a sophisticated, dimly lit ambiance that sets the stage for a truly memorable meal. The upscale, steakhouse-style decor, coupled with the soft hum of conversation, creates an intimate and inviting atmosphere. But it's not just the ambiance that impresses. The menu is a culinary masterpiece, showcasing high-quality ingredients and expertly crafted dishes. The star of the show, of course, is the steak. Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, it's a dream. The sides are equally impressive, offering a variety of flavors and textures to complement the main course. While the steak takes center stage, the rest of the menu is equally enticing. From succulent seafood dishes to decadent desserts, there's something to satisfy every palate. I had the scallops with lobster risotto and it was outstanding. The Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Crushed Pistachios and Citrus Vinaigrette was incredible. The wine list is extensive, featuring a carefully curated selection of both domestic and international wines. The service is impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who are always on hand to answer questions and provide recommendations. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out, Capital Grille is the perfect place to indulge your senses.

We had the wine sampler for their wine week and they were very generous with pours. I also had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. I loved coming here because the ambiance was nice and service polite and attentive. We shared two sides and had entrees and we had leftovers, portions are decent. It's definitely a treat to try and recommend if you are looking to have a nice evening with delicious food.

We had dinner before going to Benaroya Hall to see a show. (Perfect parking, and they validate!!) It was a late anniversary celebration, they did not disappoint. We were greated by several people wishing us a Happy Anniversary which was nice. Dinner from start to finish was amazing. The scallops were cooked perfectly, as was my husbands steak. Andy was our waiter, he was available but not intrusive. At the end of the meal they brought us a great desert to help us celebrate. Very unexpected! We will definitely be back, and likely ask to be seated in Andy's section!! Quiet enough for great conversation and lively enough to be entertained! Highly recommend!

Booked a table for a work dinner, and we had a fantastic experience. There were 10 of us, and they sat us in a nice private room where we could have work conversations. Even better, the doors closed to this room, and the table was round, making for great conversation all around. This was really helpful as we were there with a customer. The dishes, sides, and service were all fantastic. Since we were having work conversation, I appreciate that they offered good service without being too intrusive. My water glass was always full, and no one seemed to lack getting what they need (nor did anyone really have to ask either). To be somewhat expected for an establishment like this, they timed their dishes very well also. As mentioned above, the dishes were all cooked very well. From the appetizers (crab & lobster cakes, calamari, mac & cheese, brussel sprouts, truffle fries) to the various dishes ordered, everyone was very happy with their food. The pork chops and steaks all looked cooked very well. Someone ordered an ahi tuna dish, and that may have been the thickest cut of sear tuna I have ever seen (it was 2.5 inches of beautiful deep red color). We were way too full for dessert (and some of us had to run off to catch our flights), but I imagine they would have been delicious. I can imagine parking is a bit tricky in the downtown area, but it seems they offer complimentary valet parking if you drive there.

The Capital Grille is a place to go for a high end meal and expectations are high. Our dinner was very good, but not exceptional. We tried the bone-in filets which had excellent flavor, but the meat close to the bone was raw instead of medium rare. Highlights were the lobster Mac and cheese and yes it's as delicious as it sounds and the coconut cream pie. Service was attentive, but a little too chatty for the atmosphere.

This is one of my favorite spots to celebrate a special occasion. The service is top notch and the food is delicious! I primarily dine at Capital Grille for lunch. While the lobster mac 'n cheese is not on the lunch menu, you will want to order it as a side or appetizer. My go to dish is the seared salmon from the Plates lunch with clam chowder. For $32, that is a steal! The seared salmon is always on point - crispy on the outside and tender inside. Be sure to sub truffle fries if you get the opportunity. This is one of the few places in Seattle that will still include a complimentary dessert and a glass of champagne for celebratory occasions. The customer service cannot be beat - thanks Ruben and Miguel!

Love their "bacon" appetizer. It's a meal. The pork belly rocks!! Calamari feeds 4 people!
